
Total Barre is a fusion of Ballet technique, Pilates and Fitness. It concentrates on utilising the body weight as resistance, it challenges your balance, increases flexibility and improves your stability by reinforcing your core strength.
The lessons consist of exercises on an exercise mat and at the barre.
Total Barre is a great workout for the whole body, helping to tone and lengthen the muscles and is suitable for all levels of fitness.
The hour long lessons are always set to music making them fun and energetic.
We also utilise equipment such as Pilates balls, small weights and resistance bands.
