The ancient discipline of Yoga arouses more and more interest, because it allows us to take a path of well-being and balance in a society with fast and frantic rhythms.

We offer yoga classes divided by “different experiences” to allow you to receive teachings suited to your inner research path, level of study or individual needs. Yoga can be practiced by everyone!

Vinyasa Flow:

In this practice the postures (asanas) are connected in sequence, with the breath, in a continuous flow of movement for the benefit of muscles and joints.
This practice is aimed in particular at those who feel the need to move and recover energy.
At the end of the lesson there is always a short relaxation.
